Q1:Can I make a sample?
for our existing products, if sample available, we can provide for free to charge bulk production cost according to the product value.

If make OEM sample, the cost will be around 30-100USD depends on different styles.

Sample cost is refundable after order confirmed if order amount up to 5000USD.

Q2: What is the MOQ?
For stock products, there is no MOQ requirement.
For OEM products, generally our MOQ is 1000pcs.For some special, the MOQ will be depends on.

Q3: Can I change the color or put my logo on the products? 
Of course, OEM is welcome.
You can change the color and material as you want.
We can produce your brand, your design, your color and so on.

Q4:How about the payment term?
30% deposit in advance, 70% balance before shipment.
We accept T/T, Western Union, L/C, Paypal.

Q5:How long will the products be finished?
Normally, 15-35 days for the bulk production, which up to the styles and quantity.

Q6:How to know your bulk production quality control? 
Once order /confirm/ied, we will send pp samples for confirmation if there is necessary, our QC will keep an eye in mass production and make sure the quality is good before shipping out, and send out TOP samples if necessary before shipment.

Your QC or 3^rd party is also welcome.

Q7:What are the shipping ways?
by sea, by air, by express such as DHL, FEDEX, UPS,TNT, you can choose the shipping way, and we can help to arrange for you after negotiated.
